Ron "Louisiana Lightning" Guidry is a true Yankees pitching legend. In 1978, Guidry won the Cy Young Award for his impressive 1.74 ERA and 25-3 record that season. The four-time All-Star won the Gold Glove award five years in a row starting in 1982. During his 14 years with the Yankees, Guidry set multiple club records including most strikeouts in a game with 18.
